Frequently asked questions about our terms
No. Our terms prohibit multiple accounts per person to prevent fraud and bonus manipulation. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same identity or payment method, we reserve the right to suspend both accounts and forfeit any pending balance.
Account violations range from temporary restrictions to permanent closure depending on severity. Minor issues like repeated failed logins may trigger a 24-hour cooldown. Serious breaches such as using a stolen payment method or multiple accounts result in immediate suspension and possible referral to authorities.
Yes. Funds you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS remain your property and can be withdrawn at any time, minus any active bets. We act as custodian of your balance but do not take ownership. If your account is closed, we process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We can update terms with 14 days' written notice via email or in-app notification. Material changes — such as new fees or withdrawal restrictions — take effect only on new accounts or with your explicit consent if you were active before the change.
We collect your name, date of birth, email, phone and payment method details for account verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. We also log your login times, device type and IP address to detect unauthorised access and improve security. This data is never shared with third parties outside our payment processor.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour of submission. QRIS, DANA and OVO transfers typically clear to your bank account within 5 minutes; some bank transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank. We verify your identity before every large withdrawal to comply with local financial rules.
Report any discrepancy within 7 days of the transaction date to our support team with your account number and transaction ID. We investigate disputes within 48 hours and issue a resolution or reversal to your account immediately once confirmed. Chargebacks initiated with your bank may result in account suspension pending investigation.
